1. For protective products, customer needs to pay the custom fee after the parcel arrives at the destination country.
2. Generally, there is no need to pay the custom fee in advance because custom will inform you to pay after the package is arrived (via phone&email).
NOTE: The FedEx usually pay the customs fee for the customer and collect payments from customer after finish delivery.
