Introduction
Another day, another pod – and this time it’s the Voopoo Vinci Pod System.
What is it?
The Vinci Pod System, is an 800mAh pod system, that uses 0.8ohm pods, has adjustable airflow, autodraw, constant output, and Type-C charging.
It uses a color coded back-lit logo for charging and battery level.
That’s about it, a very basic and simple pod system, no buttons, no replaceable coils, no adjustable wattage.
What I like about it
- Build quality – for a tiny pod, the Vinci is heavy, very well made and attractive.
- Constant output – this actually works, which is surprising for a small pod system. You can have a consistent vape until the battery reaches quite a low level.
- Flavor – the Vinci gives a really nice mesh MTL flavor and isn’t fussy about what juice you use. I used a variety of VG/PG ratios without issue.
- Airflow – if you like MTL, then this is good, it goes from a reasonably tight MTL to loose MTL.
- Pod – the pod has given me zero leaks or moisture, is easy to fill, juice level is easily visible, and has a decent life span.
What I don’t like about it
- How many pods? – just one pod comes with it? Even if it means that pod systems end up costing more, you need more than one pod/coil.
- Airflow– while I like the airflow range on the Vinci, precise adjustments are hard. I found myself either fully open or fully closed.
- Autodraw only – this doesn’t bother me at all, however some people like a fire button.
Disclaimer
The Vinci pod system was sent to me by Healthcabin, if you log into their website with a registered account, you can purchase the Vinci for $16.70, rather than their regular price of $13.69. In addition to catering to end users, HealthCabin is also one of the biggest vape wholesale distributors in China, if you’re a vape business owner, just contact them to get competitive wholesale prices.
