New VAT Rules for EU Customers

EU VAT rules 2021

Since 1 July 2021, the VAT rules on cross-border business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce activities have changed. For retail customers from EU countries, please note below big changes:

1. EU customs will charge VAT for all packages. Previously packages declared under 22EURO is tax free, now they cancelled it. Here is a list of tax rates for each EU country.

2. Right now, at HealthCabin website, we have opened “EU Registered Airmail” for shipping. Please note you’ll have to pay the VAT when it arrives.

3. We will add another shipping option, with which you can pay the VAT when checkout at HealthCabin, and we will pay the VAT for you when it arrives your country. Stay tuned.
