Customers from those countries/regions, if you want to order liquid products (including e-juice, flavor) from HealthCabin, please pay special attention to your local custom policy, as you need to bear all potential custom risks by yourself. That means:
1. If the package will be returned to HealthCabin by your local custom, we will refund you excluding the shipping fee (shipping to you & shipping back to us) & potential custom fee in China.
2. If the package will be confiscated or destroyed by your local custom, no refund.
