The Uwell Havok R stands out with its unique design where the pod is inserted into the bottom of the device rather than the top. This innovative placement gives the device a distinctive look, somewhat reminiscent of a chimney. The aluminum alloy body provides durability while keeping the device lightweight and easy to handle. The ergonomic design ensures it fits comfortably in your hand, enhancing the overall vaping experience. Additionally, the inclusion of both flat and rounded drip tips allows for a personalized mouthfeel.

Pods

The pod system is straightforward and easy to use. The 3ml e-liquid capacity is adequate for most users, providing a good balance between frequent refills and compactness. The FeCrAl meshed 0.6ohm integrated coil cartridge delivers excellent flavor and vapor production. The pods are made from PCTG, a durable and safe material, ensuring a long lifespan and resistance to cracking. The bottom-loading pod system not only adds to the device’s unique aesthetic but also helps maintain a compact and streamlined design.

Performance

In terms of performance, the Uwell Havok R doesn’t disappoint. The maximum output power of 22W is sufficient for a satisfying MTL (mouth-to-lung) experience. The 950mAh battery is quite impressive for such a compact device, offering good longevity before needing a recharge. On average, I found that the device lasted me a full day of moderate use. The integrated coil heats up quickly and evenly, providing consistent vapor and flavor from the first puff to the last.
